Veo mas probable que Mares vaya contra el Kochul, quien ya esta con Televisa y se deslindo de Top Rank. Mientras que el Travieso tuvo ese "tropiezo" el sabado, lo mas seguro es que busque la revancha en Puerto Rico contra Rojas, el mismo lo dijo.
Pero en caso de darse, creo seria bastante entretenida.

Two division world champion, Abner Mares, (24-0, 13 KO's) has been taking a well deserved break after his recent conquest of the WBC Super Bantamweight title. He answered some questions for us regarding his upcoming future.
Q. What have you been doing since your last fight?
A. Just spending time with my family especially with my newborn. She's eight months old and it's very special that I have this time to spend with my wife and my daughters.
Do you know who you'll be fighting next?
I don't know yet. I had a date of August 25th that Golden Boy gave me in Guadalajara, Jalisco. We're also discussing a spot on the undercard of the "Canelo" Alvarez fight on September 15th. Nothing has been confirmed yet.
If you could fight anyone, who would it be?
If I could fight anyone, I'd like to fight Nonito Donaire on a Marquez vs Pacquiao IV card. Although I think a fight against Nonito would be a main event itself, my dream would be to fight on a Marquez vs. Pacquiao IV card as a co-main event or semi-main event. It would be the ultimate Mexico Vs. Phillippines showdown.
It seems like you've progressed very fast in the last two years.
Yes. Thank god my career has moved fast. Almost over night I've become a two division world champion. I've fought several great world champions back to back and defeated them all. I've been on Showtime quite a bit. I feel like god is on my side especially after the detached retina I suffered early on that almost ended my career.
What has been your most memorable moment so far?
Winning the bantamweight tournament on Showtime. Accepting the challenge to fight and defeating all the opponents was very satisfying and it was a great move by my team to sign on to fight in the tournament.
Tell me about your team.
I have a great team. Great people, they're just what I need. My manager, Frank Espinoza, ever since he jumped into the mix, a lot of good things have happened and we've accomplished so much together. My dad, he's been there from the start. Also Mike, my trainer Clemente Medina and my conditioning coach Luis Garcia. Frank, Frankie Jr., Mike, Nick, my dad. That's my team. They do their job and they're good at what they do.
What are your goals for the next couple years?
If it were up to me I would fight everyone, but this is a business and we have to fight who ever makes sense. We want to give the fans great fights and I feel like I've definitely delivered when it comes to giving the fans exciting fights and I plan to continue doing so.
Who are you interested in fighting next?
Let me throw some names out at you. I'm interested in fighting Nonito Donaire, Fernando Montiel, Jorge Arce, Rafael Marquez, Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. and Toshiaki Nishioka Any of those guys would make exciting opponents.
Has your level of recognition increased?
Big time. I'm recognized more and more all the time. Since I've been on Showtime, the fans know more about me and my career. The recognition has been there and it makes me very happy.
It's been said you're very interested in fighting in Guadalajara. Why is it so important to you?
It's important to me for many reasons. In fact, it's so important that I'm being offered a fight in the U.S. on the "Canelo" Alvarez card but I just might take the fight in Guadalajara instead. It's always been my dream to fight in the city of my birth and in front of my people and family.
What do you want say to the fans that have been following your career?
I want them to know I'm always going to give them my best and I thank them for their support. I want them to know that I'll never stop improving and I'll always put on a great show. Keep watching me. I promise, I'll never let the fans down.

Mare ya dijo mediante Twitter:"como veo que Donaire con Arce Va en Serio Yo voy a buscar a Nishioka los.espectadores se lo merecen".
de ser asi pues estaria muy bien ya que ante el Nipón seria su verdadera batalla por el tituló,aunq no se si Nishioka quiera la pelea (ya dijo que el Quiere a donaire!).

Obvio gustaria mas un mares vs rigo pero tambien hay que tomar en cuenta que Rigo tiene 10 peleas de profesional, aun en el boxeo de paga no es nadie, pienso que al final se dara y rigo tendra ese tipo de pelas pero mientras tendra que picar piedra.

claro q se respeta la Historia y los méritos de Arce pero la pelea es de el presente, y en este caso hoy por hoy solo merece el retiro!!.

Mejoro no tanto en lo fisico ni con argumentos boxisticos si no con estrategia misma que le dio para dorrotar por ko a vazquez jr.
Hoy en dia poco o nada puede hacer en la elite de los supergallos, pues ademas de que es chaparrito para esta division, su quijada no le responde igual por la edad o por la pegada de sus actuales rivales pero aun asi el sr no pierde desde 2009, es tetracampeon y un interinato de una 5° division.
Actualmente ya no tiene mucho que dar pero por donde se le vea esta vigente ha sido el respaldo de las peleas de pacquiao me parece en las ultimas 3 y en algunas se ha robado la noche.
Para mi si se lo merece, que tenga posibilidades eso ya es otra cosa.
